This website has no user accounts and stores no forms on its own servers. If you write to me via WhatsApp or email, I receive the data you choose to share (name, contact details and your message). It is used only to reply and handle your order.

Processing is based on your consent and on fulfilling the order you place (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD).
Retention
Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your order or enquiry and to meet legal obligations.
Third parties
I do not sell or share your data. If you use WhatsApp or email, the privacy policies of those services also apply.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to mermeladamaria@icloud.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
