Our story
A kitchen between two countries
Casa Maria is the personal project of Patricia, who lives between the Netherlands and Spain.
From hobby to market stall
It started with seasonal fruit that deserved better than going to waste. I began making jams and liqueurs at home, first for family and friends. The hobby grew into Casa Maria: a stall at local markets with jars and bottles you recognise by their handwritten labels.

Unsprayed fruit, less sugar
My rule is simple: only unsprayed seasonal fruit and far less sugar than habit dictates. That way every jar tastes of the fruit it was made from. It is why the range changes through the year, and why no year tastes quite like the one before.

Made with love, literally
The lids say it themselves: made with love. Every batch is cooked in an ordinary pot, bottled by hand and dated on the label. If you have a question or a special request, you talk directly to the person who stood at the stove.
